Credit Report Information

You don’t have to worry about trying to get credit reports! After we have been retained to file your bankruptcy, and at no additional charge to you, the Bankruptcy Clinic will download a combined credit report from two credit reporting agencies. The credit report conveniently downloads into our bankruptcy software, saving you the time and trouble of identifying information concerning your creditors and collectors. The cost for the combined credit report is included in our fee. But, if you want to get your own credit reports before you retain us, we have provided links to the major credit reporting agencies. Each agency charges their own fee for their credit report.
